本文针对小型航拍无人机起落架展开优化设计,旨在提升其安全性、稳定性和拍摄自由度.本文拟通过对两种伸缩式起落架方案的改进分析,并提出初步外观设计尺寸,通过有限元分析对起落架进行动力学建模和仿真,模拟不同着陆工况下的过载、缓冲行程和支柱弯矩等关键参数.再经过优化设计,以确保起落架能够有效吸收着陆冲击能量,满足安全着陆的要求.
Optimal Design of Small Aerial Photography UAV Landing Gear Based on Finite Element Analysis
In this paper,the landing gear of small aerial photography UAV is optimized to improve its safety,stability and shooting free-dom.This paper intends to improve the analysis of two retractable landing gear schemes,propose the preliminary design dimensions,and conduct dynamic modeling and simulation of the landing gear through finite element analysis to simulate key parameters such as overload,cushion stroke and strut moment under different landing conditions.Then it is optimized to ensure that the landing gear can effectively ab-sorb the landing impact energy and meet the requirements of safe landing.
