摘要

通过对企业的调研走访,发现热力管网由于工作条件恶劣,尤其是一些小口径管网,管道内部破损、裂纹、腐蚀缺陷不易发现,从而导致泄漏、污染、中毒等恶性事故,严重危害人民的生命和财产安全.为了解决现有检测设备难以进入小孔径热力管网的问题,本文设计了一个种新型的蠕动式管网作业平台.该平台能够携带工业相机、无损检测仪器、修复工具进入管道内部,以便热力管网的检测和维护.本文采用四叶草状结构气囊,可根据热力管网直径和管网内介质压力实时调整气囊压力,以适应不同的管径;气囊与电动推杆使用双向双铰接形式,能够自适应管路路径,自动调整行驶路径;气囊在充气状态下与管壁留有一定间隙,保证了该柔性移动设备在管网在不断流的情况能够进行检测或维护.最大限度的降低了,热力管网检修对人民生产生活所带来的不便,在工业领域具有较高的应用价值.

Abstract

Through research and visits to enterprises,it was found that due to harsh working conditions,especially for some small-diameter pipelines,internal damage,cracks,and corrosion defects in the thermal pipeline network are difficult to detect,leading to malignant acci-dents such as leaks,pollution,and poisoning,seriously endangering people's lives and property safety.In order to solve the problem of exist-ing detection equipment being difficult to access small aperture thermal pipe networks,this paper designs a new type of peristaltic pipe network operation platform.This platform can carry industrial cameras,non-destructive testing instruments,and repair tools into the interior of pipelines for the inspection and maintenance of thermal pipelines.This article adopts a four leaf clover shaped structure airbag,which can adjust the airbag pressure in real time according to the diameter of the thermal pipeline network and the pressure of the medium inside the pipeline network to adapt to different pipe diameters;The airbag and electric push rod use a bidirectional double hinge form,which can adapt to the pipeline path and automatically adjust the driving path;The airbag leaves a certain gap with the pipe wall when inflated,ensuring that the flexible mobile device can be inspected or maintained in the pipe network without interruption.The maximum reduction of the inconvenience caused by the maintenance of the thermal pipeline network to people's production and life has high application value in the industrial field.
