Study on the Improved Design of Filter Stick Direct Flavoring Device
In recent years,filter stick flavoring technology has become an important research direction for tobacco enterprises due to the advantages of non-thermal degradation and variety of added flavors.However,there are problems such as easy clogging of the nozzle of the filter rod and unstable flow rate of flavoring in the rod flavoring process.In this study,the structure and process flow of the filter rod direct flavoring device were optimized to solve the problems of easy clogging of nozzles and ensure the stability of the spice filling flow rate through constant pressure control.At the same time,this study adopts the method of double load cell difference,which plays a certain complemen-tary role in the measurement of small flow rate,and improves the accuracy of the filter rod flavoring process,and this study provides a ref-erence for the development and application of the filter rod flavoring technology.
