为了提高对学校、社区等半封闭公共区域清扫的机械化程度,设计了一种无人驾驶的智能清扫小车,该小车主要由移动、清扫、垃圾分拣、定位与导航等系统组成.小车首先通过激光雷达采集周围环境的点云图,并通过其与先验地图匹配以实现定位,随后小车按规划路线对路面进行清扫,最后将被吸拾进垃圾箱的垃圾按可回收和不可回收两类垃圾进行分拣.小车即提高了清扫效率,又缓解环卫工人老龄化的问题,还可提高可回收垃圾的利用率.
Unmanned Intelligent Cleaning Car Design
In order to improve the degree of mechanization of cleaning semi-closed public areas such as schools and communities,an un-manned intelligent cleaning car is designed,which is mainly composed of moving,cleaning,garbage sorting,positioning and navigation systems.The car first collects the point cloud image of the surrounding environment through the LiDAR,and matches it with the prior map to achieve positioning.Then the car cleans the road according to the planned route,and finally sorts the garbage that is picked up into the trash bin according to the recyclable and non-recyclable types of garbage.The car can improve cleaning efficiency,alleviate the problem of aging sanitation workers,and improve the utilization rate of recyclable waste.
