风力发电已成为成熟的新能源技术,随着陆地单台风电机组的容量不断攀升,风机叶片长度、主机重量、轮毂中心高度等设备参数不断增大,如何安全、可靠、高效地完成设备吊装,已成为风电机组吊装的新课题.本文以6.7-193型风力发电机组吊装为例,全面阐述吊装实施过程中的安全、技术要点要求.
Key Points for the Lifting Implementation of Large Megawatt Land-based Wind Turbines
Wind power has become a mature new energy technology,with the continuous increase in the capacity of single land-based wind turbines,the length of wind turbine blades,the weight of the main engine,and the height of the hub center have been continuously increasing.How to safely,reliably,and efficiently complete the lifting of equipment has become a new topic in wind turbine lifting.Taking the lifting of the 6.7-193 wind turbine as an example,this paper comprehensively elaborates on the safety and technical requirements during the lifting implementation process.
