Simulation and Optimization of Production Line Automation System of Electrical Injection Molding Equipment Based on Petri Net
In the field of modern industrial production,the application of automation system has become the key to improve production efficiency and ensure product quality.As the core link of plastic products production,the automation level of electrical injection molding e-quipment production line directly affects the stability and efficiency of the whole production process.Petri network,as a mathematical mod-eling tool,has shown a strong advantage in the modeling and analysis of complex systems with its unique graphical representation and natural description of concurrency,synchronization and resource sharing.By applying the Petri network to the modeling and simulation of the elec-trical injection molding equipment production line,the production process can be effectively optimized,so as to achieve the purpose of im-proving the production efficiency,reducing the cost and shortening the production cycle.
