摘要

本文针对动车组侧门机理建模方案开展了相关研究.首先研究了侧门的运动规律,建立了侧门电机输出转矩与侧门驱动力之间的关系;再者研究了直流无刷电机的控制模型,得到了直流无刷电机控制的数学模型;最后通过开关门测试对模型进行了验证.研究表明车门的运动特征可以通过前端设计阶段的机理建模实现,为动车组车门的前端设计提供参考.

Abstract

This article has carried out related research on the construction model of the side door mechanism of the EMU.First of all,the movement rules of the side door were studied,and the relationship between the output torque and the side door drive power of the side door motor was established;then the control model of the DC brushless motor was studied,and the mathematical model controlled by the DC brushless motor was obtained.Door tests verify the model.Studies have shown that the movement characteristics of the door can be achieved through the mechanism modeling of the front-end design stage to provide a reference for the front-end design of the vehicle door.
