本文以飞机风挡加温系统为研究对象,设计一个测试系统,以提高风挡加温系统的稳定性和可靠性.分析了系统的功能需求,介绍了测试系统关键硬件和测试流程.测试系统可以对飞机上风挡加温系统进行故障排查,检验系统的各项功能,避免发生故障时维修人员反复拆卸飞机部件造成二次损坏.测试系统有效缩短故障排查时间,可为后续风挡加温控制测试系统设计提供参考.
Aircraft Windshield Heating System Testing and Design
This paper designed a testing system for aircraft windshield in order to improve the stability and reliability of the aircraft wind-shield heating system.The paper analyzed functional requirements of the system,and introduced key hardware and testing procedures of the system.This system can troubleshoot the aircraft windshield heating system,testing functions of the system,avoiding secondary damage during the maintenance when disassemble the aircraft windshield heating system.This system can effectively reduce time for troubleshooting the fail-ures,and provided a design reference for aircraft windshield heating system in future.
