A Brief Discussion on the Detection and Remediation of Elevator Motor Operating Noise
This article aims to optimize the traditional inspection scheme for elevator motor operation noise based on the working character-istics of elevator motors,and solve the problem of difficulty in detecting and suppressing low-noise level noise in elevators.The running noise of elevators is a key issue when using elevators,and the noise generated by elevator motors during operation is the most difficult part to detect and suppress.This article explores the limitations of existing methods for detecting and suppressing the running noise of elevator motors,on the basis of using sound level meters to detect high noise levels,a sound sensor with a wider sampling range and more reason-able weighting method is selected to detect low noise levels;pioneering the use of vibration sensors for noise suppression,quantifying me-chanical vibration noise during motor operation and clarifying the propagation path of sound.A new approach for detecting and suppressing elevator motor operating noise is proposed by combining sound sensors and vibration sensors,starting from three aspects:aerodynamics,electromagnetic vibration,and mechanical vibration noise,improved the detection methods and suppression measures for elevator motor operation noise,improved the technical means of special equipment inspection agencies in elevator noise detection and commissioning ser-vices,and enhanced the inspection capabilities of special equipment inspection agencies in this area.
