Dynamic Analysis of General Shaking Frame of Remote Control Weapon Station
The remote control weapon station is a platform to carry weapons.The key to improve the ability of multi-weapon adaptation is to realize the universality of the remote control weapon station rocking frame.According to the principle of maximum envelope,the me-chanical environment of the rocking frame is designed,and the modal analysis and transient dynamic analysis of the rocking frame are carried out by finite element method.The results show that the firing frequency of the two types of machine guns is much lower than the natural frequency of the rocking frame,and the firing of the machine guns will not cause the resonance of the rocking frame.At the same time,the stiffness and strength of the rocking frame can meet the requirements of the two types of machine guns.
