本文针对轴流转桨式水轮机新导叶安装后出现的啸叫振动故障,提出了一套快速诊断与处理方法.通过综合运用听觉检查、振动测量、视觉检查以及流体动力学分析,准确识别了故障的主要来源.在此基础上,宜州水力发电厂机组自投产后存在停机啸叫及蠕动故障.经分析、试验及有限元计算,对导叶出水边密封啮合面进行了修型,处理后效果显著,已有效治理了故障现象,提高了水轮机的运行稳定性和可靠性.本研究为轴流转桨式水轮机的故障诊断与处理提供了新的思路和方法,对保障水轮机的安全稳定运行具有重要意义.
Rapid Diagnosis and Treatment of Whistling Vibration Fault After Installation of New Guide Vanes in Axial Flow Propeller Turbine
This article proposes a rapid diagnosis and treatment method for the whistling vibration fault that occurs after the installation of new guide vanes in axial flow propeller turbines.By comprehensively utilizing auditory examination,vibration measurement,visual inspec-tion,and fluid dynamics analysis,the main source of the fault was accurately identified.On this basis,there are shutdown,howling,and creep faults in the units of Yizhou Hydroelectric Power Plant after self operation.Through analysis,testing,and finite element calculation,the sealing meshing surface of the guide vane outlet has been modified,and the treatment effect is significant.The fault phenomenon has been effectively treated,and the operational stability and reliability of the water turbine have been improved.This study provides new ideas and methods for fault diagnosis and treatment of axial flow propeller water turbines,which is of great significance for ensuring the safe and stable operation of water turbines.
