主轴是数控机床的核心零件,该零件的加工精度直接影响数控机床未来的零件制造精度,主轴加工工艺决定了该零件加工精度和加工效率,根据加工工艺研究主轴零件加工生产线的控制,对提高高档数控机床核心零件的设计制造、加工效率、加工精度,提高车间精益生产和智能制造效率都具有很大的价值.本文根据主轴的加工工艺研究了该生产线的控制方法和设计流程.
Design of Control Methods for Flexible Production Line in Lathe Spindle Parts Machining
The spindle is the core part of the CNC machine tool,and its machining accuracy directly affects the future part manufacturing accuracy of the CNC machine tool.The machining process of the spindle determines the machining accuracy and efficiency of the part,and studying the control of the spindle part machining production line according to the machining process is of great value for improving the de-sign and manufacturing of high-grade CNC machine tool core parts,as well as the machining efficiency and precision,and for enhancing the efficiency of lean production and intelligent manufacturing in the workshop.This paper studies the control methods and design process of the production line based on the machining process of the spindle.
