新工科背景下工程实训与学科竞赛融合教学探索

通过分析新工科背景下对创新实践人才培养提出的新要求,结合高校工程实训现存的实训理念滞后、教学模式单一、实训内容贫乏的现状,对照新工科背景下学科竞赛的发展方向,提出并讨论了将工程实训和学科竞赛融合,优化实践教学体系,形成"以赛促教,赛教融合"的实践教学新模式.以全国大学生工程实践与创新能力大赛中的"智能物流搬运机器人赛项"为例,构建实践教学体系框架,以期促进学科交叉融合,提升学生的工程实践能力和创新能力.
Teaching Exploration on the Integration of Engineering Practical Training and Discipline Competition under the Context of New Engineering
By analyzing the new requirements for the cultivation of innovative practical talents under the background of new engineering,combining the existing status quo of lagging practical training concepts,single teaching mode,and poor practical training content in engi-neering practical training in universities,and comparing with the development direction of discipline competitions under the background of new engineering disciplines,we propose and discuss the integration of engineering practical training and discipline competitions,optimizing the practical teaching system,and forming a new mode of practical teaching of"promoting teaching with competitions and integrating com-petition and teaching with competitions".Taking the"Intelligent Logistics Handling Robot Competition"in the National Engineering Prac-tice and Innovation Competition of College Students as an example,the framework of practical teaching system is constructed,with a view to promoting the cross-fertilization of disciplines and enhancing the ability of engineering practice and innovation for students.
