Analysis of the Human-robot Interaction Experience of Robotic Pet Dogs
The functions of robotic pet dogs are increasing,and the market demand is high.To get more recognition from users,it's necessary to consider the user needs that have not been fully satisfied in the human-robot interaction.Emotional design theory is used to an-alyze the human-robot interactive experience and design elements,and the hierarchical model of the human-robot interaction experience and evaluation methods are obtained.Through conducting human-robot interactive experiments between users and two types of robotic pet dogs,the user needs and preferences in the sensory experience layer,interactive experience layer,and emotional experience layer are ana-lyzed.The research findings contribute to the optimization of the human-robot interaction design for robotic pet dogs.
