摘要

分析典型杠杆鼓式制动器结构特征,并刨析电磁铁内部结构.建立电磁铁有限元仿真分析模型,并分析松闸顶杆磁化摆动现象.介绍几种常见的防止松闸顶杆磁化摆动措施,并结合具体检验案例进行分析.

Abstract

The structural characteristics of typical lever drum brake and the internal structure of electromagnet are analyzed.The finite ele-ment simulation analysis model of the electromagnet is established,and analyze the magnetization swing phenomenon of release axis.This pa-per introduces several common measures to prevent the magnetization swing of release axis,and analyzes them with specific inspection cases.
