摘要

随着商用车电驱化的不断推进,商用车电驱总成系统快速迭代.当前,国内电驱总成的相关产品和测试标准不完善,测试台架能力整体不足.本文重点分析了国产测试台架的不足之处以及当前很长一段时期商用车电驱总成的测试需求,并且梳理出了可以满足需求的测试台架的关键技术内容,可以在一定程度上为国内电驱总成主机厂和测试台架供应商提供进一步发展的思路.

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of commercial vehicle electrification,commercial vehicle electric drive assembly systems are rapidly iterating.At present,the relevant products and testing standards of domestic electric drive assemblies are imperfect,and the overall test bench capacity is insufficient.This article focuses on analyzing the shortcomings of domestic test benches and the current testing needs of com-mercial vehicle electric drive assemblies for a long period of time,and sorts out the key technical contents of test benches that can meet the needs,which can provide further development ideas for domestic electric drive assembly OEMs and test bench suppliers to a certain extent.
