重载行星轮系安装误差对系统均载性能的影响

行星轮安装误差的存在会导致行星轮系产生不均载问题,进而会影响减速器的传动性能和寿命.以往的研究未明确定义不同角度下的安装误差对系统均载性能的影响,并且关于多行星轮对系统均载影响的研究(在不同安装误差和不同输入功率下)也较少.为此,研究了实际应用中行星轮系安装误差对系统均载性能的影响.首先,以重载四行星轮系为研究对象,建立了行星轮径向和切向安装误差的综合误差表达形式;然后,基于轮系的传动模型,分析了单行星轮不同安装误差角和误差数值对系统均载的影响;最后,在单行星轮的基础上分析了不同工况和误差配置下多行星轮对系统均载的影响.研究结果表明:行星轮的切向安装误差对系统均载影响最大,径向安装误差对系统均载影响最小,当单行星轮安装误差数值为 60 μm,安装误差角θ从径向往切向方向靠近时,行星系统的均载系数增大了9.6%;误差绝对值越大,均载系数越大,当单行星轮安装误差数值从-30 μm到-60 μm时,系统的均载系数增大了4.6%;多行星轮存在切向安装误差对系统均载的影响可以用有效误差来衡量;齿轮承载范围内,随着输入功率的增大,安装误差对系统均载的影响逐渐减小.
Influence of installation error of heavy-duty planetary gear train on load sharing performance of system
The existence of the installation error of the planetary gear would lead to the uneven load problem of the planetary gear train,which would affect the transmission performance and life of the reducer.Previous studies have not clearly defined the impact of installation errors on the system's load sharing performance at different angles,and there have been few studies on the impact of multiple planetary gear pairs on system load sharing(under different installation errors and input powers).Therefore,the influence of installation errors of planetary gear systems on the system's load sharing performance in practical applications was studied.Firstly,taking the heavy-duty four-planetary gear train as the research object,the comprehensive error expression of the radial and tangential installation errors of the planetary gear was established.Then,the influence of different installation error angles and values for the single planetary gear on the load sharing system was analyzed based on the transmission model of the gear train.Finally,the influence of multi-planetary gear on the load sharing system under different working conditions and error configurations was analyzed based on the single planetary gear.The results show that the tangential installation error of the planetary gear has the greatest influence on the load sharing of the system,and the radial installation error has the least influence on the load sharing of the system.When the installation error of the single planetary gear is 60 μm and the installation error angle θ is close from the radial direction to the tangential direction,the load sharing coefficient of the planetary system is increased by 9.6%.The greater the absolute value of the error,the greater the load sharing coefficient.When the installation error of the single planetary gear is from-30 μm to-60 μm,the load sharing coefficient of the system is increased by4.6%.The influence of tangential installation error of multi-planetary gear on system load sharing can be measured by effective error.In the load range of the gear,with the increase of the input power,the influence of the installation error on the load sharing of the system will be decreased gradually.
