摘要

文章在对智慧交管业务和功能需求分析的基础上,从系统设计理念、总体架构、技术架构、数据架构以及关键技术创新等方面对智慧交管的设计与实现进行了阐述,为智慧交管系统建设提供了参考.通过充分运用物联网、大数据、云计算、人工智能等新技术,构建实时感知、快速响应、智能决策的新型智能交通体系,实现了交通管理的科学智能化和高效率、公众出行信息服务的高效化、交通信息多部门互联互通、交通管理的跨越式发展,打造智慧交通建设的样板工程.

Abstract

On the basis of analyzing the business and functional requirements of intelligent traffic management,this article elaborates on the design and implementation of intelligent traffic management from five aspects:system design concept,overall ar-chitecture,technical architecture,data architecture and key technological innovation,providing reference for the construction of in-telligent traffic management systems.By fully utilizing new technologies such as the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence,a new intelligent transportation system with real-time perception,rapid response and intelligent deci-sion-making is constructed to achieve scientific intelligence and high efficiency of traffic management,efficient public travel infor-mation services,multi departmental interconnection of traffic information and leapfrog development of traffic management,creat-ing a model project for smart transportation construction.
