山地轨道电动运输机的设计与试验

为满足丘陵山地货物运输需求,研发了一种以锂电池为动力源,由无刷直流电机驱动的山地轨道电动运输机.通过对运输机爬坡的受力分析,从而对无刷直流电机与电池进行选型;设计和制作了运输机驱动机构、齿轮变速箱、制动系统、控制系统等关键部件,完成了运输机的样机试制及试验.所研制的运输机在爬坡角度为45°,装载质量为200 kg时,其上坡速度为0.42 m/s.试验结果表明:该样机的运行速度、爬坡性能、安全性能均符合设计要求,可满足丘陵山地果园、茶园等复杂地形的运输作业需求.
Design and Test of Mountain Track Electric Transporter
In order to meet the demand for cargo transportation in hilly and mountainous terrain,a mountainous track electric transporter powered by lithium batteries and driven by brushless DC motors,has been developed.A force analysis of the transport-er's climbing capabilities allowed for the proper selection of the brushless DC motors and batteries;key components such as the drive mechanism,gearbox,braking system,and control system were designed and manufactured.When the proposed transporter climb at an angle of 45°,and with a load of 200 kg,its uphill speed is 0.42 m/s.The test results show that the prototype's operat-ing speed,climbing performance,and safety performance all meet the design requirements,and it can meet the needs of transporta-tion operations in complex terrains such as hilly orchards and tea gardens.
