应用汇川PLC作为主控制器,设计优化了药品自动灌装控制系统,以提高药品灌装生产线的速度和精度,保障药品成分比例稳定的高品质要求.文章通过对灌装工艺的需求分析,确定PLC的I/O分配、控制流程,通过优化PLC程序、触摸屏组态等措施进行了改进设计.运行实践结果显示:改进优化后的控制系统,产品成分比例稳定性提高,故障率降低,系统运行更为流畅,灌装质量及生产效率大大提升.
Design of Automatic Pharmaceutical Filling Control System Based on PLC
By using Huichuan PLC as the main controller,the automatic drug filling control system was designed and opti-mized to improve the speed and precision of the drug filling production line and ensure the high quality requirements of stable drug composition ratio.Based on the demand analysis of the filling process,the paper determines the PLC I/O distribution and con-trol flow,and improves the design by optimizing the PLC program and touch screen configuration.The operation practice results show that the improved and optimized control system can increase the production speed,increase the stability of the proportion of product components,reduce the failure rate,improve the filling quality,the system runs more smoothly,and the production effi-ciency is greatly improved.
