Optimization Design of Hydraulic System for WC67Y-100t Bending Machine
Bending,as an important processing technology in sheet metal fabrication,has a significant impact on the machin-ing accuracy and efficiency of workpieces.This article focuses on the WC67Y-100t bending machine and optimizes its hydraulic system based on its design requirements.The standby mode of the machine has also been optimized and improved.Calculations and selection have been made for various components such as oil pumps,motors,and solenoid directional valves.The layout and channels of the valve block have been optimized.An adjustment mechanism for controlling the"dead point"of the hydraulic cylin-der has been designed to accurately control the extension length of the piston rod,ensuring the angle and straightness of bent work-pieces.By using synchronous motors,this system enhances the synchronization performance and operating speed of both hydraulic cylinders in this bending machine.
