Research on the Cultivation Strategy of Scientific and Technological Talents in Agricultural Machinery Research Institutes——Take Fujian Institute of Agricultural Mechanization as Example
As an important scientific and technological force to realize the modernization of agricultural equipment,agricultur-al machinery research institutes play an important role in maintaining food security,innovation-driven development and support-ing rural revitalization,the cultivation of scientific and technological talents has become the core component of the sustainable de-velopment strategy of agricultural machinery research institutes.Taking the current situation of talent cultivation in Fujian Insti-tute of Agricultural Mechanization as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems in talent cultivation,and studies the cultivation strategy of scientific and technological talents in agricultural machinery research institute,in order to improve the level of scientific and technological personnel training in agricultural machinery research institutes.
