Currently,township(street)social work stations have entered a comprehensive construction stage.How to integrate local characteristics and provide professional,sustainable,and high-quality services has become one of the important aspects of the development of street social work stations.The"One Community One Feature"service model constructed by the Huangzhuang Street Social Work Station in Wuqing District,Tianjin City proposes planning diverse and sustainable characteristic projects,establishing a multi-party collaborative operating mecha-nism,and promoting strategies of"establishing certain rules,building platforms,and forming models",which is essential for the social work station to achieve"rootedness"and sustainable development.
