Difficulties and Countermeasures of the Governance of Rural Collective Economic Organizations under the Perspective of Rural Revitalization
At present,China is trying to promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity.The governance modernization of rural collective economic organizations,which serve as an important organizational strength in china's rural society and the implementation carrier of rural revitalization,is an important link in the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.Based on this,this paper takes rural revitalization as the starting point,discusses the key points of rural collective economic organization governance from three aspects of safeguarding farmers'interests,improving the competitiveness of rural collective economic organizations,and helping rural revitalization strategy,and analyzes the governance difficulties of rural collective economic organizations:the governance relationship is not smooth enough,the property rights system is not reasonable,the decision-making mechanism needs to be optimized,the overall quality of members is low,and the supervision work is mere formality.The suggestions are as follows:focusing on economic functions and straigh-tening out governance relations;accelerateing the reform of property rights and improving the property rights sys-tem;perfecting the authority and optimizing the decision-making mechanism;strengthening the construction of members and improving the comprehensive quality;establishing an audit system and strengthening supervision.
