A Preliminary Study on the Team Construction of Women Members of the Communist Party of China in the Taihang Anti-Japanese Base Area
Women members are a special group of CPC members and the backbone of the Party's work on women.During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression,the Taihang anti-Japanese base area adhered to the leadership of the Party Central Committee,regarded the mobilization and development of women Party mem-bers as one of the important tasks,and always paid attention to the growth and development of women Party mem-bers.At the same time,the government in the base areas also paid attention to the particularity of the group of women Party members,appropriately relaxed the requirements for women to join the Party,increased the proportion of women Party members,and improved the structure of the Party members.In the process of mobilization and cul-tivation,the local governments and women's groups organized and carried out a variety of activities to improve the awareness and work ability of women Party members.With the encouragement and support of all parties,the base area cultivated a number of outstanding women Party members,who made outstanding contributions in the front and rear areas and became an important force in the war.A comprehensive study of the training system of women Party members in base areas has an important enlightening effect on the contemporary training of women Party members.
