A Comparison between Students of Early Childhood Care Services and Management and Pre-school Education Majors
By examining the positioning,training objectives,curriculum design,teaching characteristics,and students'employment prospects of early childhood care services and management major and pre-school education major,this study focuses on comparing differences in students'learning motivation,attitudes,mastery of profe-ssional knowledge and skills,practical and internship abilities,and employment competitiveness.The research findings indicate that although both majors aim to cultivate talents in early childhood education and care,there are significant differences in their specific training directions and student characteristics.Based on these findings,sug-gestions are proposed to deepen industry-education integration,enhance career development education,improve the quality of the teaching workforce,and refine the curriculum system,with the goal of providing references to improve the quality of talent cultivation in early childhood care and preschool education.
