Strategy Analysis of the Employee Performance Improved by the"9.9"Mode of Leadership from the Perspective of Management Square Theory
The"9.9"leadership mode under the management square theory is of constructive significance to the improvement of employee performance in the team and the organization.The"9.9"type of leadership under the management square theory is oriented to achieve the synergy of the related subjects among the team and the organi-zation,with"concern for production","concern for people"and incentive as three dimensions of square construc-tion.This paper focuses on the possibility of improving employee performance under the"9.9"type of leadership.The"9.9"type of leadership also provides four options of(1/0),(1/1),(1/many)and(1/all)strategies for leaders to improve employee performance as well as a criterion basis for the selection of strategies and methods.
