Effect Evaluation and Path Mechanism of Integrating the Taihang Spirit into Tourism Management Internship in Local Universities
Facing the promotion of China's cultural and tourism integration strategy and the vigorous develop-ment of the tourism creative industry,cultivating tourism management students with high cultural identity and cultural confidence has become an important direction for the transformation and development of tourism education.This article explores the effect and path mechanism of integrating the Taihang Spirit into the tourism management internship of Changzhi University on enhancing students'cultural identity and cultural confidence.The results show that incorporating the Taihang Spirit into local tourism management internship has a significant promoting effect on enhancing students'cultural identity and cultural confidence.The pathway mechanism of this effect mainly lies in the tangible experience and feelings of students in the real physical and cultural environment of the internship base,which promotes students'generation of new knowledge and emotional identification on the Taihang spirit,further promoting their willingness to inherit the Taihang Spirit and promote cultural confidence.The research provides inspiration for the transformation and development of tourism management education in local universities.That is to emphasize the integration of local culture into tourism management education.In the process of integrating local culture into tourism management internships,attention should be paid to the full process,including knowledge preparation before the internship,deep experience during the internship process,and discussion and sublimation after the internship.
