With the help of the decomposition theorem of linear differential equations in mathematic physical equations,this paper links norder linear differential equations in advanced mathematics with matrices in linear alge-bra,and obtains a general solution for solving linear differential equations by using the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of matrices,and it is verified by examples.
