A recovery method of cyber physical power system considering secondary disasters
As extreme natural disasters become more frequent, grid dispatchers not only consider how to dispatch repair resources to accelerate the recovery speed of cyber physical power system, but also need to reduce the negative impact of secondary disasters caused by extreme natural disasters. To solve the above problems,a recovery method considering the impact of secondary disasters is proposed. It dispatches the maintenance resources to the affected areas based on the characteristics of cyber physical collaboration and the occurrence probability of secondary disasters to reduce power losses.First,a cyber physical power system model based on the coupling of Ethernet passive fiber optic network and emergency power supply is established, and the effect of cyber physical system on resilience enhancement is researched. Then,a coordinated repair method considering the impact of secondary disasters is proposed, and compared with individual repair methods. Finally,an analytical framework for method solving is proposed, and it is simulated on the IEEE 33-node system to determine the optimal repair resource dispatching strategy. The results show that the proposed recovery method can reduce the impact of secondary disasters and improve the utilization of maintenance resources.
