摘要

针对整圈自锁叶片的安全性问题,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对某型汽轮机叶片及其轮缘的强度进行计算,并通过单叶片-轮缘周期循环模型对整圈振动特性进行仿真分析.计算结果表明,在工作转速下叶片及其轮缘的等效应力强度均小于材料的屈服强度,同时整圈振动不存在"三重点",不会产生共振.叶片设计满足机组运行的安全性要求,计算结果对工程设计有一定的参考价值.

Abstract

Aiming at the safety of the circularly interlocked blade(CIB),the strength of the blade and flange was simulated by ANSYS Workbench.And the vibration characteristics was also analyzed by the single blade and flange model.The calculation result shows that the stress strength of the blade and flange was less than the yield strength of the material at the working condition.At the same time,there was no"triple junction",the resonance will not occur.The blade design matches safety requirements under the operation condition.The results had certain reference value for the engineering design.
