摘要

在船舶建造过程中,船厂可能会为了赶工期,将未经工厂试验(FAT)的设备或者因其他原因未做FAT的设备,随分段安装到船体上.这样可以减少船厂人员和设备的等待时间,保证所有分段按时搭载.但这种做法,极易造成船舶调试时间增加;设备出现本质问题后,整改困难;由于设备严重故障以至调试失败导致船舶试航工作失败等.通过实例对未经FAT即安装上船调试的风险进行分析,以期为从业者提供参考.

Abstract

In the process of ship construction,the shipyard may install the equipment that has not passed the factory act test(FAT)on the hull for the purpose of expediting the construction period or other reasons.This can reduce the waiting time of shipyard personnel and equipment and all sections can be carried on time.However,this practice will easily lead to the increase of ship commissioning time,the difficulty of rectification after the essential problems of equipment,and the failure of ship trial due to serious equipment failure and commissioning failure.The risk of equipment commissioning which installation on board without FAT through examples is analyzed,in order to provide reference for practitioners.
