During the construction of metallurgical equipment,flushing of hydraulic and thin oil lubrication systems is crucial.This article combines practical construction cases and theoretical calculation,analyzes and studies the three factors that affect the flushing effect,namely temperature,flow rate,and pressure drop.The results indicate that in order to achieve both speed and quality in the flushing work,it is necessary to have a clear analysis of the above three factors and make preparations during the design phase.
