摘要

以液压电磁换向阀的拆装为例,研究开发对于船用机电设备虚拟拆装的方法.旨在研究能在电脑上独立运行操作的拆装系统,使用3ds Max创建拆装模型,使用Unity 3D引擎工具创建虚拟维修环境,实现对机电设备的拆装操作.通过交互式虚拟拆装体验式学习提升了学习主动性和积极性,在实际教学过程中取得一致好评,加深学员对于机电设备的认知水平.作为一种学习模式的变革,对于虚拟系统在机电设备中的发展应用具有一定的参考价值.

Abstract

The method of virtual disassembly and assembly of Marine electromechanical equipment is studied and developed.Taking the disassembly and assembly of a solenoid-actuated directional valve as an example,it aims to study the disassembly and assembly system that can operate independently on the computer.3ds Max is used to creating the disassembly model,and Unity 3D engine tool is also used to create a virtual maintenance environment.Through the above methods,the disassembly operation of mechanical and electrical equipment is realized.It can improve learning initiative and enthusiasm through the interactive virtual disassembly experiential learning,which obtained unanimous praise in the actual teaching process and deepened the students'cognition level of mechanical and electrical equipment.As a change of learning mode,It has a certain reference value for the development and application of the virtual system in electromechanical equipment.
