摘要

许多冶金设备故障问题是由液压油的可压缩性而产生的.文章结合解决高线轧机钢坯提升机输出辊道接料缓冲液压缸故障的实际案例,通过理论计算,对该案例中液压油的可压缩性进行了量化分析.结果表明:在较长、大通径的管路中,液压油在高压、动态下的等效压缩长度远超于油缸本身的工作行程,从而引起故障.针对故障原因,提出了液压和工艺的应对方法.

Abstract

Many metallurgical equipment faults are caused by the compressibility of hydraulic oil.The practical case of solving the problem of receiving and buffering cylinder fault is combined in the delivery roller table of the billet elevator of high speed wire mill.Through theoretical calculations,the compressibility of hydraulic oil in this case is quantitatively analyzed.The results indicate that in long and large diameter pipelines,the compression length of hydraulic oil under high pressure and dynamic conditions far exceeds the working stroke of the cylinder itself,so it causes fault.Aiming at the cause of the fault,corresponding hydraulic and process response methods have been proposed.
