摘要
海上风力发电机组的运维受潮汐、台风和团雾等海况影响,维护难度大,作业时间短.风电齿轮箱是海上风力发电机组重要的传动机构,其可靠平稳运行对海上风力发电的安全性和经济性起着至关重要的作用.基于激光测振技术,搭建海上风电齿轮箱在线监测系统,结合齿轮箱的结构组成和故障特征研究现场测点分布,阐述振动信号分析方法,为海上风电齿轮箱的运行状态的判断和潜在故障的预警提供了技术支撑.
Abstract
The operation and maintenance of offshore wind turbines are affected by sea conditions such as tides,typhoons,and fog,making their maintenance difficult and operation time short.Wind turbine gearbox is an important transmission mechanism of offshore wind turbine generator system,and its reliable and stable operation plays a vital role in the safety and economy of wind power generation.Based on laser vibration measurement technology,an on-line monitoring system for offshore wind power gearbox is established.Combined with the structure composition and fault characteristics of the gearbox,the distribution of field measuring points is studied,and the vibration signal analysis method is described.It provides technical support for the judgment of the running state of offshore wind turbine gearbox and the early warning of potential faults.
