摘要
基于对钢丝绳在固定轮上的滑动机理研究,阐述钢丝绳滑动疲劳试验台的总体方案,并对试验台上钢丝绳的快速滑动特性进行动力学分析,得到典型情况下钢丝绳松紧侧张力关系.随后利用该试验台开展了钢丝绳的滑动疲劳试验,为钢丝绳的使用提供了重要支撑.
Abstract
Based on the research on the sliding mechanism of the steel wire rope on the fixed wheel,the overall plan of the steel wire rope sliding fatigue test board is given and the dynamic analysis of the rapid sliding character of the steel wire rope is made,the relationship of the tension and loose side under typical conditions is obtained.Then the test board is used to carry out the sliding fatigue test of the steel wire rope which provided important support for the use of the steel wire rope on board.
