摘要

文章介绍了 5 kN·m变温环境下扭矩校准装置结构与工作原理,通过整机试验定量分析了装置的测量不确定度,并进行了标准扭矩传感器的校准试验.结果表明:设计的装置能够为变温环境下的扭矩传感器溯源提供理论和溯源依据.

Abstract

The structure and working principle of a torque calibration device under a 5 kN·m variable temperature environment are introduced,the measurement uncertainty is quantitatively analyzed of the device through whole machine testing,and conducts calibration tests on standard torque sensors.The results indicate that the designed device can provide theoretical and traceability basis for torque sensor traceability in variable temperature environments.
