干旱胁迫对菊花不同阶段生长发育影响的研究

文章以菊花和菊花种子为研究材料进行了研究,采用盆栽控水法进行土培,探讨了干旱胁迫对菊花不同阶段生长发育的影响.研究结果表明:随着干旱胁迫程度加剧,菊花种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数等呈现下降趋势;菊花苗的株高、根长和干物质量等也呈现下降趋势.随着干旱胁迫程度加剧,菊花植株的生长发育受到的抑制程度加深,观赏价值显著下降.实验证明,菊花在盆栽条件下,每6天浇一次水就可满足其基本生长的需要.
Research on the Effects of Drought Stress at Different Stages of Chrysanthemum Growth and Development
In this paper,the effects of drought stress on the growth and development of chrysanthemum and its seeds were studied by adopting the method of controlling water by pot culture(soil culture).The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of chrysanthemum seeds decreased with the intensification of drought stress;the plant height,root length and dry matter quality of chrysanthemum seedlings showed a decreasing trend.With the intensification of drought stress,the growth and development of chrysanthemum plants were inhibited,and the ornamental value of chrysanthemum plants decreased significantly.Experiments show that the basic growth needs of chrysanthemum can be satisfied by watering it once every 6 days with the pot-culture method.
