On the Construction of a Port Communicative City with the Help of the Short Video Social Media:A Case Study of Manzhouli in Inner Mongolia
The construction of communicative city cannot be accomplished without the support of mass media.As a typical example of mass media,short video has become an important auxiliary tool for constructing a commu-nicative city.The port city of Manzhouli,with the power of the short video social media,revitalizes its network nodes of communication significance.However,There still exist some problems about it,such as uneven quality of the short videos,inadequate support from the administrative organs concerned,low media literacy of users,and improper injection of emotion.Therefore,this paper puts forward some countermeasures from four aspects:putting more effort in the excavation of historical and cultural connotation,attaching more importance to the communica-tion in different places,easing the communication environment,and strengthening the emotional connection.
