Mobile communication gives birth to a new social pattern and a fresh way for communicating cultures.Short videos have become a new approach for the media to publicize the excavations,value reconstructions and significance of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,because they are scenes-based and pleasing and can provide a platform of interaction for their viewers.Against such background,for Anhui Huagudeng dance culture,one of our outstanding traditional cultures,to realize the inheritance and innovative development of it is most im-portant at this stage.Therefore,this paper,taking Anhui Huagudeng dance culture as research object,focuses on the inheritance and innovation of China's excellent traditional cultures with the help of short videos,and provides some suggestions on paths construction for innovative development of our traditional cultures from the perspec-tives of application mode and communication means.
