This study is concerned with how to achieve innovations in the floral art by combining it with Hui cul-tural elements.First it has done an investigation into the Hui culture,which revealed the great significance of in-corporating Hui cultural elements into the floral design,and principles and methods for realizing it.And then through specific case analysis,it studies how to conduct floral designing under the inspiration from the artistic el-ements of Hui culture and how to figure out the part of Hui culture which is helpful to the traditional floral ar-rangement and modern floral art works.Finally,with students'works,related floral art competitions and the au-thor's works,it shows how to perfectly integrate Hui cultural elements into floral art works.
