摘要
营商环境是近年来非常热点的词,对一个国家,一个社会非常重要,它决定了人流、物流及资金流的流向方向.众所周知,市场经济的主体需要良好的市场经济环境才能发挥其主动性和积极性,那么营造良好的市场经济环境也就是高质量的营商环境是促进地区经济发展的必由之路.本文从构建高质量发展的营商环境角度出发,阐述了高质量营商环境的重要性,分析了营商环境高质量发展的法治因素,提出了构建法治化营商环境的途径.
Abstract
The business environment,a hot topic in recent years,is very important for a country or a society,which determines the flow direction of human resources,logistics and capital.It is known to all that a good mar-ket environment is a prerequisite for an active and dynamic market economy.Therefore,to build an excellent market economy environment,that is,a high-quality business environment,is the only way to promote regional e-conomic development.Due to this,this paper,from the perspective of the business environment,expounds the importance of a high-quality business environment,analyzes the legal conditions for high-quality development of business environment,and then puts forward the ways of building a business environment governed by law.
