Integration and Presentation of the Chinese and Western Romantic Styles and the Characteristics of Traditional Chinese Folk Music in Sun Yiqiang's Dancing of Spring
Dancing of Spring is a piano solo with the characteristics of the ethnic minority of Xinjiang that is composed by Sun Yiqiang,a famous pianist in China.This piece of piano music is structured as a double trilogy with contrast and representation parts;its beautiful melody and crisp rhythm,along with its cheerful exotic cus-toms and colors,showcases strong romantic musical features and displays vividly the life of Xinjiang people.Based on the inner artistic logic of this solo,the artistic expression methods of the work have been analyzed deeply in this paper;besides,with Dancing of Spring as example,the characteristics shown by the combination of piano music and that with Chinese features are studied.Finally,the paper researched into the integration mode of the western romantic style and the Chinese traditional folk music,which is implicit in the Dancing of Spring,and while revealing the artistic logic of this piece of music,it also made an in-depth analysis of the fusion of Chinese and Western artistic styles with expectation of providing a new path for the integration and innovative develop-ment of musical art at the present stage.
