锂离子电池是储能系统的核心组成部分,其安全状态直接影响储能系统的可靠运行.针对锂离子电池欠压故障和过压故障难以准确区分的问题,文章提出了一种基于改进相关系数的电压异常检测方法.首先,分析了欠压故障和过压故障的特征;其次,改进相关系数使其能够准确反映电压的变化方向;然后,设计了电池组电压异常的在线检测流程;最后,通过实验验证了所提方法的有效性.
Voltage Anomaly Detection Method of Lithium-ion Battery Pack Based on an Improved Correlation Coefficient
Lithium-ion battery is the core component of the energy storage system,and its safety status directly affects the reliable operation of the energy storage system.Aiming at solving the problem that undervoltage fault and overvoltage fault are difficult to distinguish accurately,a voltage anomaly detection method based on improved correlation coefficient is proposed in this paper.Firstly,the characteristics of undervoltage fault and overvoltage fault are analyzed.Secondly,an improved correlation coefficient is developed to accurately reflect the direction of voltage change.Further,the flow of battery voltage anomaly detection is designed.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by experiments.
