为满足新形势下对生物技术高科技人才的培养需求,充分发挥综合性实验在提升本科生专业实践技能和综合能力方面的重要作用,对《生物技术综合实验》教学过程存在的问题进行了分析,提出了PBL模式与传统模式相结合的教学理念,将该理念运用在《生物技术综合实验》课程教学中.实验结果表明:该结合模式有效提升了学生的实践能力、创新精神和团队协作能力,并取得了较好的教学效果.
In order to meet the requirements of cultivating high-tech talents in biotechnology under the new situation,and give full play to the important role of comprehensive experiment in improving undergraduates'professional practical skills and comprehensive ability,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the teaching process of Comprehensive Experiment of Biotechnology,puts forward the idea of the combination mode of traditional teaching and PBL teaching,which is applied to the course teaching.The experimental results shows that the combination model of PBL teaching with traditional teaching in the course has effectively improved students'practical ability,innovative spirit,and teamwork ability,achieving good teaching effect.
