It has been emphasized at the 20th CPC National Congress that we should adhere to the principles of putting the people first,being self-confident and self-relied,maintaining justice and innovation,bearing in mind the whole world,and making sure all our policies and principles are systematic and our governance problem-ori-ented.This"Six Adheres"represents the worldview and methodology of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era,as well as the political stance running through the Thought.Also,it sym-bolizes the inheritance and development of Mao Zedong Thought.To be more specific,putting the people first means a further advancement of the mass line from the perspective of axiology;being self-confident and self-re-lied and bearing in mind the whole world together indicates a sublimation of self-independence from the per-spective of epistemology;and maintaining justice and innovation plus ensuring all our policies and principles to be systematic and our governance problem-oriented signifies a leap of seeking truth from facts from the perspec-tive of methodology.All these improvements have opened up a new realm for us to adapt Marxism to China and the times.
