Research on Co-construction,Co-governance and Information Sharing of Resources Between Higher School Libraries and Public Libraries in the Age of Digital Intelligence
The rapid development and popularization of IT technology has ushered in the era of digital intelli-gence silently and quietly,where processing and acquisition of information is becoming increasingly fast and con-venient.Due to this,all walks of life have begun studying on how to make better use of big data and intelligence technology to improve their development efficiency.In such context,as a treasure-house of knowledge and an as-sembling place of information resources,the university library has become an important research object in the study of how to achieve a smooth collaboration in construction,governing and sharing of the resources between higher school libraries and public libraries.So while analyzing the significance of co-construction,co-governance and sharing of information resources between university libraries and public libraries in the digital age,this paper studies the possible challenges and countermeasures facing higher school libraries.
