Spatiality and Plasticity:Paths to the Teaching of the Font Design Course
In the era of digital design,font design courses should be based on timely,multi-dimensional and in-novative teaching practices guided by the teaching philosophy with the vision of new media.And the teaching mode should be set up guided by the principle of pursuing innovation extensibility and design plasticity,i.e.the principle of creating images with characters and delivering messages with images.In view of the current trend of the visual design narrative,this paper gives a detailed analysis to the functional strategy of font design teaching from the perspective of visualized design and expanded visual threshold of the space constructed by font,so as to activate the effectiveness mechanism of the course teaching and pioneer a new path to the teaching of the font design course.
