Luoyang tricolor,as an important part of Tang Dynasty artworks,has a dual meaning of decorative effect and spiritual sustenance.Luoyang is the intersection of the Silk Road and the Grand Canal,and also the eastern capital of the Tang Dynasty,with rich historical and cultural heritage.Modern technology has had a significant impact on its processing,molding,firing,storage,and circulation.Based on a preliminary study of the historical environment,production techniques,and aesthetic value of tricolor,this article elaborates on its formation and expression of regional style characteristics,explores the relationship between tricolor works and Luoyang,puts forward the understanding and thinking of modern tricolor art,and pushes Luoyang tricolor art to become a brilliant new star.By analyzing its characteristics,we can further develop the cultural industry,enhance its core competitiveness,and inherit its firing techniques to ensure its long-term development.
